These gifts are referred to as shipped gifts.

The physical street address of the recipient's home or workplace is required; we have a variety of shipping methods ranging from standard delivery to same day delivery.

We offer same day shipping mon-fri, cutoff is 2pm pst. During holidays cutoff times are extended, please add an item to your cart for up to date shipping information.

Note that most of our products cannot be "bundled" for shipping, please be sure to upgrade your shipping methods if you have any delivery time constraints.

If you purchase one of these items please remember this gift has been specially crafted just for you and your recipients. We are unable to accept returns on these items and will contact you immediately regarding reshipment if it happens to come back to us.

Flowers and cake

These gifts are referred to as hand delivered gifts.

We may need 24 hours for delivery of exotic arrangements or fruit baskets.

Flowers arrangements and cake are hand delivered to your gift recipient's home or office.

They can be delivered the same day you place your order, if you order by 2:00 pm, saturday through thursday. If you are ordering for a same day delivery your order should be placed before 1:00 pm.

Same day delivery is guaranteed saturday through thursday if the order is placed before our cutoff time of 2:00 pm, friday are not guaranteed and local availability may restrict certain items from being delivered. Contact customer service to see if your gift can be delivered on friday.

Delivery to very rural areas may not be possible at any time.

The physical street address of the recipient's home or workplace is required;

For delivery to hospitals, please include recipient's room number, for patients in critical care, flowers arrangements, fruit baskets or balloons may not be permissible.

The recipient's telephone number is required for possible address verification and to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.

If no one is there to receive delivery, our courier will make any decisions concerning the safety of the location to leave the arrangement, or will attempt delivery at a later time.

In the case of holidays, order early to ensure delivery on or before the holiday.

Currently we are unable to provide online tracking for hand delivered gifts. To verify delivery of a hand delivered gift, please contact customer service.

 Fruit baskets

These gifts are referred to as hand delivered gifts.

The physical street address of the recipient's home or workplace is required.

Most fruit baskets are available for same day if ordered before 12:00 pm. Fruit baskets are not available for delivery on friday.

In some locations we may need 24 hours for delivery of fruit baskets.

All items above apply to the delivery of fruit baskets.
